When a question comes on us asking, how India treats its women? The answer falls back. A woman is known in India for her culture. And our culture is considered rich, not because of the values we Indian present our self in but because of our conservative but foolproof idealistic principles.
In simple English what I may say, Indian society is a male-dominated, male-chauvinistic society. And no matter what a woman does for her people, the differences will always be there, a woman can not take the place of a man.
There’s always an expectation on a women. From the day she is born till her death, a woman is seen for her duties. Duties she is born for, duties she has been taught from her childhood, duties she need to do after she is married or delivers a child. WHY???? If I throw back this question asking WHY THE DUTIES?
Time has changed and with time many women have stood up for there rights, many women standing as tall as man, holding much better dignity, decorum, respectability, and modesty then a man. With these few women we can say that not in much time that woman of today will be as equal as a man.
If any of you readers can answer my questions, will be a big help on my other part of this article. Thank You.
